Iconic explorer and visionary oceanographer, Robert (Bob) Ballard, stepped inside Google’s liquid galaxy at the BLUE Ocean Film Festival to join a Google+ Hangout with others located across the globe.  In the liquid galaxy, Ballard took viewers on a virtual tour.
