Leave a Legacy for the Ocean

The Legacy Society honors individuals who include Mission Blue in their estate plan. By making this lasting commitment, you join a community of ocean champions whose generosity ensures Sylvia Earle’s vision continues far into the future.

As a Legacy Society member, you will receive:

  • Special communications about Mission Blue’s work and impact
  • Invitations to exclusive virtual events and briefings with our team

How to Join:

  • Consult your advisor: Speak with your accounting or investment professional about the best options for you, including potential tax benefits.
  • Include Mission Blue in your estate plan: You may designate us as a full, partial, or contingent beneficiary. (See specific language and our tax identification number below.)
  • Submit a Letter of Intent: Complete and return this form to Mission Blue so we may honor your commitment.

With your permission, your legacy gift will be recognized in our annual report and through membership in The Legacy Society.
